VP, HR Business Partner

Ms. Dobine’s role as Vice President, Human Business Partner encompasses multiple media businesses to include ABC Family, Affiliate Relations, Broadcast Standards & Practices, Global Communications, Disney ABC Networks Group Business Affairs, Disney Channels Worldwide (which includes three networks Radio Disney and Disney Television Animation) and Global Distribution. In her role she defines and implements Human Resource strategies which align and integrate the businesses strategies.  This includes, but is not limited to, analyzing workforce trends to best leverage the people capablilities, core processes, organizational structures, technology, leadership and engagement within each of these businesses.

Prior to joining Disney, Ms. Dobine held various Human Resources and related posts at Spelling Entertainment Group, Twentieth Century Fox, Nestle Food Company, and LA Gear.
