Tim Cecere is the human resources director of GroupM Worldwide, which supports the media holdings of WPP including MindShare, Mediaedge:cia, Maxus and MediaCom.

Tim began his career with The New York Times in 1983 as a human resources generalist, he learned publishing and classified advertising. He then served as HR manager at Newsweek from 1987 to 1989, to further strengthen his knowledge of magazine and print advertising. In 1989, Tim came to Ogilvy & Mather where he learned the complete inner workings of a full-service advertising agency. He was a HR director at Ogilvy where he spent the next 11 years. This in turn, led Tim to MindShare Worldwide in 2000, and eventually GroupM. Tim focuses his attention on the development and strategic model of the business both now and in the future.
