Renetta McCann heads Leo Burnett’s People & Culture department, overseeing the agency's U.S. recruitment, training, benefits and talent management. She returned to Leo Burnett in 2012 after serving as CEO of Starcom MediaVest Group Worldwide and Chief Talent Officer of VivaKi, and working as an executive coach and organizational change consultant. McCann has been named Corporate Executive of the Year by Black Enterprise and listed in Ebony’s “57 Most Intriguing Blacks" and Essence’s "50 Women Who are Changing the World.” The American Advertising Federation (AAF) recently honored her with a Diversity Achievement Award. After nearly 30 years of communications management and leadership, McCann recently earned her M.S. in learning and organizational change from Northwestern University. She is an adjunct lecturer on organizational design in the MSLOC program and has served as a Corporate Director of Tribune Publishing.
