Saatchi & Saatchi

Natalia Schultz is the Chief Talent Officer for Saatchi & Saatchi, a global communications and advertising agency network, headquartered in New York City. Founded on the idea that “Nothing Is Impossible”, Saatchi & Saatchi delivers seemingly impossible results for marquis clients such as Procter & Gamble, General Mills, Toyota and Walmart.

In her role, Natalia leads the strategic management of all Human Resource operations including talent acquisition and retention, professional training and development, performance management, succession planning, and culture-building initiatives. She also sits on the agency Operating Committee, which was formed to help drive key business decisions.

Natalia is committed to building Saatchi’s diverse, collaborative and idea-driven culture. To that end, her focus has been identifying and attracting some of the agency’s top creative, account management, planning and digital professionals. 

Before joining Saatchi, Natalia spent 11 years at Grey Worldwide where she was most recently EVP, Chief Talent Officer. She played a pivotal role in architecting organizational change and drove the agency to build new capabilities such as an integrated digital offering, a communications planning capability, and an expanded entertainment and activation practice.

Natalia rose through the ranks at Grey, initially focusing on business development with key leadership roles such as Associate Director of New Business and Director of Prospecting.

Her prior agency experience is varied, spanning across account management, strategic planning and new business.

Natalia’s belief in work/life balance is evident in her pursuit of yoga as a certified teacher. She continues a personal yoga practice in order to maintain hers.
