Michael J. Fanuele is the Chief Creative Officer at General Mills where he helps make food and marketing that people can love. Before this gig, he spent more than a decade working at ad agencies across the globe. He’s sold tea in China, dirt in Britain, and meat in America. For his work on brands ranging from Dos Equis to Cadillac and Arby’s to Unilever, Michael has won more awards for effectiveness than any strategist in the industry. He’s also done politics, stand-up comedy, and written for The Harvard Business Review. He loves eating food, playing tennis, and listening to The Smiths, sometimes with his family in Minneapolis.
