Mary currently leads PwC’s Talent Innovation Practice and brings more than twenty years of experience working with clients globally to improve their performance.  She works with private and publicly held companies across a variety of industries in the areas of operational strategy; client and talent experience innovation; and organizational design and governance.  In addition to her client work, Mary was a member of the leadership team driving the firm’s transformation initiative.

Prior to joining PwC Advisory, Mary was a Partner with PRTM Management Consultants.  While at PRTM, she had been a member of the firm’s practice leadership team bringing the "Product and Cycle-time Excellence" (PACE) framework to the market.  With its pioneering use of analytics, benchmarks, and a multi-disciplinary approach, PACE enabled clients to achieve dramatic improvement in innovation and time to market. 

In addition to her client service work she was also the firm’s Global Chief Talent Officer (CTO).  In her role as CTO, she was responsible for the entire talent pipeline from acquisition to alumni relationships and HR operations across US, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.  She also served on the firm’s operating committee, global leadership team, and the board of directors.

Mary holds a Master of Business Administration from Boston University’s Graduate School of Management, with concentrations in operations management and finance.
