Laura Maness leads the flagship agency of Havas U.S., supporting brands including TD Ameritrade, ADP, IBM, Keurig Dr. Pepper, Reckitt Benckiser, Edible Arrangements, conEdison and Rite Aid. She was previously U.S. Chief Growth officer for Havas Worldwide North America and Managing Director of Havas Worldwide Chicago Group. Prior to joining Havas, Maness was SVP and CMO of Propane Studio, an independent digital agency in San Francisco and New York, and held leadership and management positions at FCB West, Designkitchen (now Blast Radius), Black Dog Interactive, and Giant Step (now Arc Worldwide). As an advocate for diversity and inclusion, Maness champions women in leadership as a 3% Conference mentor, Fortune MPW supporter, original signer and Steering Committee member of Time’s Up/Advertising and executive member and mentor for SheRunsIt (formerly AWNY). Maness earned a bachelor's degree in communications and marketing from Loyola University Chicago and attended Hyper Island's Master Class executive program.
