Kit Krugman is Chief Curator at co:collective where she curates a collective of diverse, brilliant minds to build the innovation teams of the future. The home of Storydoing©, co: is a strategy and innovation company that works with leadership teams to conceive and execute innovation in the customer experience. co: operates on a new model, one that embraces flexible collaboration with a network of expert partners and individuals.
Prior to co:, Kit led talent acquisition and managed the creative department of Johannes Leonardo, an award-winning global creative agency. During Kit’s tenure, the team was recognized with 8 Cannes Lions including the inaugural Mobile Grand Prix.
Kit joined Johannes Leonardo from Mullen, an advertising agency headquartered in Boston. At Mullen, Kit managed the creative department during a period of exponential growth that included Mullen’s christening as one of Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies in Advertising & Marketing.
Kit has curated teams for clients across all industries including Google, MoMA, Coca-Cola, JetBlue, and YouTube. She has been published by Inc on the future of team building and talent development.
Kit graduated from Yale with a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Literature & Art. She has taught courses in Advertising, Art, Art History, & Architecture to students of all ages in 3 countries.
