SAVE THE DATE: March 6-7, 2018

Last year's 4A's Talent@2030 brought together 250 Talent and HR leaders, along with top C-suite agency and client-side executives, who offered candid perspectives about the significant impact that technology, social media and data have had on people and culture. The event culminated with a dynamic Master Class on unconscious bias that left our attendees with new insights about what it really takes to build sustainable, inclusive people and culture practices.

Mark your calendars now and plan to attend this September's 4A's Talent@2030. This year is sure to be an even stronger talent community and knowledge building event for the industry! The agency-focused agenda will present best practices in talent retention that enable the future through innovative engagement and development strategies.

Director of Human Resources

In just two years at independent creative agency Wieden+Kennedy, Keesha Jean-Baptiste was named director of human resources for the shop’s flagship office in Portland, Oregon. And for good reason: Keesha has a history of hiring, developing, and sustaining top-performing talent and leadership teams. But the work she is proudest of is reflected in the culture of W+K, and that begins by creating an environment where people can bring their full selves to the now 600-person office.

Keesha began her career at W+K in 2011 as a digital recruiter and was responsible for hiring across several critical growth areas of the agency’s business. Prior to W+K, Keesha spent 10 years at Digitas in a number of key talent and marketing roles that positioned the agency as a sought-after, career-minded employer. In 2005, she took a short break from Digitas to serve as business development director at Essence magazine, honing her knowledge and experience in client relations, account management, and the overall marketing landscape.

Keesha is currently serving on the board of directors for ADCOLOR and Partners in Diversity. She holds an MA in integrated marketing communications from Emerson College and a BS in mass communication from James Madison University.

She and her husband, Yves, have a daughter named Amel, a son named Xavier, and a miniature schnauzer named Bingo.
