Jen Frieman



Jennifer Frieman is Momentum Worldwide’s Chief Talent Officer. A member of the AAAA's talent committee and the American Society for Training and Development, Jennifer spent more than seven years working with McCann Worldgroup's global training and development program and led WW US Associate training at a top global law firm before joining Momentum in 2007 as WW Head of Learning and Development and later Global Head of Organizational Development. She took on the role of Global Head of Learning & Development for MWG in 2011 where she drove the creation of their SmartWorld learning system before taking on the Chief Talent Officer role at Momentum. 

Jen is a licensed executive coach and a MBA candidate at NYU’s Stern School of Business where she is specializing in global leadership, marketing and international business.
