Vice President, Inclusion and Diversity


Jeffrey leads the inclusion and diversity (I&D) team at Twitter. Previously, he led worldwide I&D at Apple, where he was recognized in TechCrunch as one of "Ten Men Making Waves for Women in Tech". Earlier, he led the Global Diversity & Inclusion function at Morgan Stanley, where he also led the Pride (LGBT) group. With a background in employment law, Jeffrey started his career in a law firm practice and then at Morgan Stanley as the managing director for legal and compliance in New York and London.

Jeffrey holds a BA in Public Policy Studies from Duke University and a JD from Emory University School of Law. He is @jmsSanFran on Twitter.
