Chief Talent Officer
Jean-Rene Zetrenne leads talent management strategy and execution for 2,000 employees at Ogilvy USA across all regional operating business units, including those focused on creative advertising, design, sponsorships and events, digital, public relations, and production. He previously led Ogilvy’s Talent Management function in the New York office and served as Global Human Resources Director for Neo@Ogilvy, the agency’s digital and direct media company. Prior to joining Neo@Ogilvy, Zetrenne held HR generalist and consulting roles at such companies as L'Oréal, PepsiCo, Accenture and the Gillette Co. He earned his M.B.A. from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and his B.S. in communications from Boston University.
