SVP, Global Talent & Organization Development

Holly Brittingham is an Organization Development professional with broad experience in the areas of Talent Management, Leadership Development and Diversity & Inclusion across a range of industries.  Currently at FCB, a global integrated marketing communications agency with 8000+ employees in more than 120 offices across 80 countries, Holly is responsible for Talent Management, Leadership Development & Coaching, OD Consulting and the organization’s Culture & Inclusion initiative.  Since joining FCB in 2014, Holly has spearheaded a reinvention of the D&I function, leveraging neuroscience research to illustrate the impact of implicit bias in business decisions. Her ongoing work with agency leaders on Talent and OD initiatives helps to ensure that a focus on inclusion is integrated into people and business processes.

Prior to joining FCB, Holly spent three years as Principal Organization Development Consultant at EMC, the global enterprise IT firm based in Hopkinton, MA, where she supported business leaders in large-scale transformation efforts in response to industry disruption.  In the five years before joining EMC, Holly worked at Fidelity Investments refining the organization’s high-potential talent strategy and designing high-touch leadership development programs for senior leaders.  Other previous roles include consulting with the Miami Dolphins and Dolphin Stadium on efforts to improve the guest experience in advance of Super Bowl XLI, and a position with Time Warner Cable leading OD efforts and the D&I function.

Holly holds a BA from Colby College and a MSOD from American University via the AU/NTL program.  In addition, she holds a certificate in Comprehensive Evidence Based Coaching from Fielding Graduate University.
