Geline Midouin joined 360i in 2015 and oversees recruitment, professional development and human resources across agency offices, while building and shaping 360i’s culture and reputation as a top place to work. She’s a visionary and strategic HR practitioner with a proven track record of talent attraction and retention, organizational development and performance management across high profile organizations in five industries.

Geline previously served as SVP of Global Human Resources and Resource Management at Publicis Healthcare Communications Group (PHCG), supporting global brands including Saatchi Wellness, Discovery USA, Razorfish Health, in-sync, Maxcess and Verilogue, across capabilities such as account management, strategy, analytics, technology and creative. During her tenure, Geline developed HR strategies to support business objectives and led major restructures, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures across client groups. There she was recognized with the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association “Rising Star” award.

Previously, Geline served as VP of Human Resources for WNBC-TV, NBC Universal’s owned and operated station in New York, supporting the launch of a digital channel and managing five unions. Prior to that, she was HR director for the global finance, business development and legal divisions at NBC/GE. She has also held positions at Arthur Andersen, LLP, Goldman, Sachs & Co. and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.

Geline earned a Master’s Degree in organizational psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in psychology from Pace University.
