Erica Fox is Director of People Development at Google. She and her global team strive to make Google the best place to learn - supporting Googlers so that they can thrive in the face of challenge, complexity, ambiguity and change. Erica’s team fosters a rich, inclusive culture of learning at Google through design and delivery of a wide array of classes, cohort-based programs, learning resources and teaching opportunities, as well as custom OD engagements for teams. These include Noogler orientation & on-boarding, people management curriculum, leadership development, professional skills, language instruction, emotional intelligence, creativity & innovation, personal effectiveness and sustaining high performance. 
 
Before joining the People Development team in Sept 2009, Erica worked in Google’s People Analytics team focusing on making people decisions more data-driven and research-based. She partnered with multiple business units, HR teams and learning groups to develop career development and learning assessment practices, with the end  goal of making those efforts more influential and efficient. Erica joined Google in Feb 2007.
