Dan Dobson-Smith has worked in the field of learning and culture for more than 20 years, in roles at Essence Global as well as at Marks & Spencer, Eurostar International, Crossrail, Sony Music Entertainment, after starting his professional life as a college professor. In 2007, Dobson-Smith co-founded Learning, Behaviour and Change, an independent Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) training and psychotherapy practice, in which he trained and certified more than 200 NLP Practitioners and Master Practitioners around the world, amassing more than 350 client hours of psychotherapy, in its first eight years. Dobson-Smith is a Master Practitioner and Trainer of NLP as well as a Neuro-Linguistic Psychotherapist and is certified as a coach by the U.K.’s Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, the Oxford School of Coaching and Mentoring, and the International Coaching Federation, and as a coach-supervisor by the Coaching Supervision Academy. He has trained with Dr. Patricia Crane, Marianne Williamson, Chrissie Astell and Jason Chan and is a Reiki Master and Teacher.
