Recruiting Manager

Dale manages the Business Recruiting program at Pinterest, which is responsible for all sales, marketing, product, operations, G&A, and international growth at the company. His team has grown the organization significantly over the past few years and has been at the forefront of industry best practices with regards to hiring top talent amidst a constantly evolving workforce. Prior to Pinterest, he helped build several technical recruiting programs during the early years at Facebook. A Bay Area native, he holds a BA in Economics and a BA in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine.
