Bree Groff advises leaders about transformation, innovation, and organizational design at companies including Dentsu Aegis Network, J. Walter Thompson, M&C Saatchi Mobile, Calvin Klein, and Adobe. Before her role at NOBL, Groff founded and led an innovation department, advised leaders as a service design consultant, and explored communication, decision-making, and interpersonal chemistry as a psychology researcher. In previous careers, Groff performed as a stage actress and taught high school math. She holds an M.S. in organizational learning and change from Northwestern University, where she lectures on decision-making, and a B.A. in psychology and biology from the University of Pennsylvania.
