Ben Sands



Ben Sands is a professional facilitator for CEB.

In this role, he travels around the world to help CEB member companies assess critical gaps between current state and emerging best practices - and close those gaps using CEB's proprietary research, data, and implementation tools.

Over the past year, Ben has spoken at companies, including McDonald's, Disney, Morgan Stanley, Wiley, B/E Aerospace, Allergan, McCormick, and InterSystems, among many others.

In his role, Ben also advises CEB's product management group on new workshop development and best practice coaching techniques.

In 2011, he started Regret Free Life -- a coaching and consulting company focused on helping high potential men and women improve their decision-making, creativity and leadership competencies.
