The day and a half event will culminate in the celebration of more than 100 talented, diverse Millennials that will be the industry leaders of tomorrow. THE FACE OF TALENT

The Face of Talent is a two-day symposium that celebrates and connects MAIP interns with industry professionals through an interactive forum, leadership luncheon, career fair and evening reception. Tickets to the Talent@2030 conference includes admission to the Diversity Leadership Luncheon at The Face of Talent. The luncheon hosts more than 400 MAIP interns, alumni and industry executives who gather to welcome and acknowledge the new face of talent. Senior leaders, who champion MAIP's efforts to introduce new multicultural talent to the industry, provide valuable thought leadership, and inspiration throughout the luncheon.
