Global Agency Director


Barbara joined AOL nearly two years ago, successfully growing AOL’s strategic and global business relationship with WPP.  Accomplishments while at AOL included deepening senior relationships, providing strategic direction on focused accounts and became a trusted partner to create many successful content and well as programmatic opportunities.

 With her team, she focuses on building mutually beneficial strategic solutions that leverage the AOL portfolio of assets and capabilities. A diverse practitioner, Barbara joins AOL with 20+ years of deep agency experience in direct, digital, brand, media and experiential marketing. Barbara is strategically grounded, integrated at the core, a driver of change and a champion of ideas and people.

 Prior to joining AOL, Barbara spent two years at IPG MediaBrands as the EVP, Global Managing Partner, responsible for MasterCard globally, where under her leadership, her team won an Effie Award for the 2012 Priceless NY campaign. Prior to her time at IPG MediaBrands, she served as Executive Group Director for OgilvyOne, serving as the Team Lead for Bayer across WPP and prior to that was global lead on IBM responsible for all demand generation across all regions and business units.  

Barbara received her Bachelors Degree in Communications (Marketing) at St. John Fisher College. She currently resides in Westchester with her husband and two children.
