Allison Ciummei is the Director of Global Talent at Havas. Having been with Havas for almost 4 years now, she’s helped shape the global talent strategy for the organization, designed some of their flagship programs (i.e. Havas Lofts), and continues to re-think the industry’s approach to talent.

Prior to moving to New York to work with Havas, Allison held positions with Arnold Worldwide and Modernista! in Boston, and earned her B.S. in Business Management from Bentley University.
